Ingredients:

  • Mutton/beef half kg
  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Tikka masala 1 tablespoon
  • Tandoori masala 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt half cup
  • Cream 3-4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 2
  • Oil half cup

Method:
• Marinate meat by putting all the masala ingredients. (Ginger paste, garlic paste, tikka masala, tandoori masala and yoghurt).
• Blend onion and tomato in a blender.
• Heat the oil and put the onion tomato paste in the oil and mix it well.
• Put the marinated meat in the mixture.
• Mix it well until the color changes.
• Put some water until the meat is cooked.
• Once the water is dried out put some cream and mix it.
• Serve it in the bowl.
• Garnish it with green chillies and green coriander.

Ingredients:

  • Coffee ice cream 3-4 scoops
  • Cold milk 2 cups
  • Ice crushed 2 cup
  • Crumbled chocolate cookies 2 cups

Method:
• Mix all things in a blender.
• Sprinkle coffee before serving.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken half kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Red chilies 4-5
  • Whole coriander 2 tablespoon
  • Onions 2-3
  • Green chilies 2
  • Garam masala ½ teaspoon
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Capsicum 1
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Green coriander as required
  • Salt to taste
    Spinach leaves 4-5
    Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
    Fenugreek 1/2 teaspoon

Method:
• Roast sabut coriander and red ball chillies and grand it to make it a powder.
• Heat an oil and put ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies and chicken then mix it well.
• Put salt up to taste and red chilli powder.
• Put roasted powder and mix it all until the half chicken is cooked.
• Put some spinach and milk and cook.
• Once it’s dried out put some capsicum and kasuri methi and put it to light flame until it’s cooked well.
• Serve it.

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice powder 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice 2 tablespoon
  • Food color a pinch
  • Potatoes 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion 2
  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green coriander as required

Method:
• Mix all the ingredients and keep it to marinate for 30 minutes.
• Cut potatoes, tomatoes and onion in a round shape.
• Heat 2 table spoon of oil and put a layer of potato’s. Then put a layer of tomato’s. After that put the layer of onion.
• Spirit some pinch of chaat masala.
• Layer the marinated chicken.
• Garnish green coriander and green chillies.
• Put in on the slow flame until it’s cooked.
• Serve it.
