These red velvet cupcakes are not just pretty looking but also perfectly moist and delicious.

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Brown sugar ¾ cup
  • Essence 1tsp
  • Red color few drops


mix flour,cocoa powder and baking powder ,sift and set aside.
put oil sugar ,yoghurt and essance in a mixing bowl and beat on medium speed,
add the red colour and gradually add the egg and the remaining ingrediants.

add the baking soda in the venigar and pour in the cake batter.
poured the batter evenly in the prepared cupcake tray .
bake for 15 to 20 170C


  • Flours 2 cups
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Yoghurt ¼ cup
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Cheddar cheese grated 2 cups
  • Parsley 1 tsp


mix all the dry ingrediants in a bowl.
whisk slightly egg with other wet ingrediants in a seprate bowl.
pour the wet ingrediants in the dry ingrediants and gently fold .
finally mix the chedder cheese .
spooned the mixture in prepared muffin tray and bake for 20 to 25 min at 170 C.


  • Flour 6 ounce
  • Caster sugar 6 ounce
  • Eggs 6
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Butter 200gm
  • Icing sugar 100gm

Ingredients for frosting:

  • Blueberry filling 2cups
  • whipping cream 1- 1/2 cups


  1. sift flour and baking powder and set aside.
  2. separate egg yolk and white.
  3. beat egg whites gradually adding castor sugar till stiff peaks formed .
  4. add egg yolks and essence and beat for 10 min.
  5. add the dry ingredients gradually and gently fold in the egg white.
  6. pour the batter in three 8 inch pans equally and bake at 170C for 20 min.
  7. beat whipping cream and cream cheese together till tiff peak sprinkle sugar syrup on first layer of sponge and spread the prepared cream cheese and on top of it spread blueberry filling, put the 2nd layer of sponge on it and
    repeat the same .covered the cake with the 3rd layer of sponge.and sprinkle sugar syrup.
  8. beat butter with icing sugar and vanilla essence.
  9. crumb coat the cake and refrigerate to chill.
