Ingredients:

  • Beef 250 grams
  • Water 3 cups
  • Coriander chopped 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 6 to 8
  • Garlic 4 to 5 cloves
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 3 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Kabab:

  • Boiled and grated potatoes 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Red chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 3 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tsp
  • Crushed fried onion 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Coating:

  • Eggs beaten 2
  • Crushed vermicelli 1 cup

 

Method:

Make paste of garlic coriander and green chilies. Add ready paste in meat along with soya sauce, chili sauce, salt, pepper, chicken powder and water. Cook till beef is tender.
Mix boiled potatoes with fried onion. Add chopped green chilies and chopped coriander mix well. Form into kabab coat with egg then crushed vermicelli. Fry in hot oil. Remove and serve.

Numkeen Chaaj Ingredients:

  • Yogurt (beaten) 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Grated ginger 1 inch piece
  • Black salt as required
  • Salt as required
  • Mint leaves 8-10 pieces
  • Ground and roasted cumin as required
  • Ice cubes as required

 

Mocha Delight Ingredients:

  • Biscuits crushed 2 packets
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Unsalted butter 200 grams
  • Sifted cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Coffee powder 1 tsp
  • Chopped walnuts as required

Numkeen Chaaj Method:
Blend yogurt and water. Add rest of the ingredients whisk together. Pour into glass sprinkle cumin powder, enjoy.

Mocha Delight Method:
Beat cream well. Add condensed milk butter (room temperature) coco powder coffee powder n mix all together. In the end add crushed biscuits n walnuts chopped.
Pour in a bowl.
To decorate sprinkle some walnuts and crushed biscuits on top.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton cubes 1 kg
  • Onion slices 4
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Coal to smoke
  • Onion slices as required

Ingredients for Dahi Wale Parathay:

  • Flour 1 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Water as required
  • Oil as required

 

Dahi wale Parathay Ingredients:

  • Flour 1 kg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • Water as required

Dahi Duhan Gosht Method:

Heat oil fry, onion till the golden brown. Add meat ginger garlic paste fry till water is reduced. Add chili powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder and salt cook till oil separate. Add yogurt and fry again till dissolved. Add 4 cups of water cook till meat tender. Once meat is ready spread yogurt. Place onion ring, give smoke of coal.

Dahi wale Parathay Method:

In a bowl add flour, salt, yogurt and water, knead it well. Cover with cling wrapped. Make balls and roll it. Fry in hot oil.
