- Refined flour ½ kg
- Clarified butter 6 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Lukewarm water for kneading
- Baking soda 2 tsp
- Sesame seeds 4 tbsp
- In pot flour, baking soda, clarified butter and salt then knead.
- Now Leave for 2 hours then rolling and make shape naan
- Then spray from milk on top then sprinkling sesame seeds
- After this bake in oven at 200 centigrade and ready Roghni kulcha.
