  • Refined flour                      ½ kg
  • Clarified butter                  6 tbsp
  • Salt                                         2 tsp
  • Lukewarm water               for kneading
  • Baking soda                        2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds                     4 tbsp


  1. In pot flour, baking soda, clarified butter and salt then knead.
  2. Now Leave for 2 hours then rolling and make shape naan
  3. Then spray from milk on top then sprinkling sesame seeds
  4. After this bake in oven at 200 centigrade and ready Roghni kulcha.
