- Rose Syrup 3 tbsp
- Soda 1 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ice as required

- Yogurt whisked 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Onion chopped 1
- Tomato chopped 1
- Chickpeas 1/2 cup boiled
- Potatoes boiled and chopped 2
- Red chili garlic chutney 1/4 cup
- Green chutney 1/4 cup
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Mango powder 1/2 tsp
- Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
- Sev as required
For green chutney:
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Green chili 3-2
- Cumin 1tsp
- Raw mango 1
- Button red chilies 2-3
- Garlic 2 cloves
Method:
Arrange the papri platter. Then cumin, chaatmasala, redchili, dry mango powder mix and whisked yogurt add salt and mix. then all remaining ingredients assembling and blend chutney ingredients and serve with chaat .

- 1 cup mix boil vegetables chopped
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 4tbsp Milk
- 2tbsp Yoghurt
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 Eggs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder

Method:
Preheat the oven at 180 centigrade then mix vegetables cheese ,milk ,yogurt, oil and egg add then stir it .now add baking powder ,flour mix then grease the muffin try and pour it then bake for 20 to 25 minutes and serve
