Ingredients:

  • Beef with bone 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion slices 1 cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Sarson kasaag 1 kg
  • Fenugreek 200 gm
  • Soya 50 gm
  • Green chili big 2 -3
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Butter 3-4 tbsp

METHOD:
In a bowl, add saag, fenugreek, soya and green chili, then boil it and put all the things in chopper and chop it, in another bowl heat oil add onion slice and make it light brown then add the garlic and ginger paste, add the meat and fry well then add a little water and leave it for dam when the meat is chopped, add chopped red chillies, salt, yoghurt and tamarind pulp and mix it, now add the greens mixture and fry well When the oil separates, add butter and re-fry.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka boti 1 cupOil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Ginger julienned 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies julienned 2 -3
  • Coal for smoke

METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger paste and fry well. Then add all the dry spices and fry then add tomato paste and yogurt and cook till the oil and gravy separate then add mono salwa tikka boti,ginger , green chillies , coriander and cumin crushed then cook it for 1 minute
Give smoke of coal. Serve Hot

Ingredients:

  • Corn flour 1 cup
  • flour ½ cup
  • Salt as required
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Water as required

 

METHOD:
In a mixing bowl, add Corn flour, flour and add all the ingredients and knead with water now leave the dough for 15 mins then make balls now roll and toast it on fry pan from both sides after that make it on heat oil or clarified butter

Ingredients:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Garlic finely chopped 1 tsp
  • Carrot finely chopped 2 -3 tbsp
  • Mushrooms finely chopped2 -3 tbsp
  • Capsicum finely chopped 2 -3 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano ¼ tsp
  • Thyme ¼ tsp
  • Chicken stock 5 -6 cups
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion finely chopped for garnish
  • Cream as required

METHOD:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute it then add garlic and fry it well. Add carrot, mushrooms, capsicum, white pepper, salt, thyme, oregano, chicken stock and boil it. Now heat butter in a pan on the other side and add Flour and make a roux then add this roux in soup and make the soup thick, in the end add cream and cook for 4-5 mins. Once soup become thick add onion and serve it
