INGREDIENTS:

Read made puff pastry 500 gm
Sausages without skin 12 pieces
Egg 1

METHOD:

Spread the puff pastry evenly.
Place sausages and roll the pastry.
Cut the pieces and place it onto the baking tray.
Brush the pastries with egg and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Remove and serve hot.
