  • Fresh Milk                                           1 liter
  • Vermicelli                                            1 cup
  • Green Cardamoms                          6-8
  • Sugar                                                     1 tsp
  • Condensed Milk                                               1 tin
  • Whole dried milk                              125 gm
  • Pistachio (Boiled & Chopped)     15
  • Boiled Chopped Almonds             10
  • Sugar                                                     as required
  • Corn Flour                                           2 tbsp
Method:  
  1. Crush vermicelli.
  2. Finely Mashed 1 cup vermicelli.
  3. Grind together 6-8 green cardamoms with sugar.
  4. In a pan, add in, liter of milk, green cardamom, vermicelli, sugar and cook it on a low flame.
  5. When the vermicelli is cooked, add in sugar, and cook it on a low flame.
  6. Add in cornflour with some milk and cook till the milk thickens.
  7. Add in condensed milk .
  8. Add in it in the serving bowl.
  9. Add in chopped almonds, khoya.
  10. Chill and serve.
