Ingredients

  • Chicken (biryani cut)       1 kg
  • Cashew nut                        6
  • Poppy seeds                      1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds                   1 tbsp
  • Saffron                                 ½ tsp
  • Pistachios                            1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder              2 tsp
  • Turmeric                              1 tsp
  • Cumin                                   1 tsp
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Milk                                       1 cup
  • Onion                                    250 gram
  • Yogurt                                   125 gram
  • Ginger garlic paste           1 tbsp
  • All spice powder               ½ tsp
  • Cardamom                          4
  • Clarified butter                 1 cup

Methods

  1. First roast cashew nut, poppy seeds, sesame seeds.
  2. Add pistachios and cardamom then grind them and mix it in yogurt.
  3. Then add red chili powder, turmeric, salt, ginger garlic paste
  4. Add cumin and all spice powder mix well and put it on chicken then leave for some time.
  5. Now heat oil and fry onion in it then add marinated chicken and cover it.
  6. When chicken get tender then saute well.
  7. Add saffron in milk and cook well then add it in chicken.
  8. Cook for 10 minutes and turn off the flame.
