Sindhi Aloo Tikki is a classic Sindhi dish that we are all truly love. This dish is a must-have!

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 4
  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Cumin crushed 1 teaspoon
  • Bread sliced 2
  • Salt as required
  • Oil for frying

 

Method:
Boil the potatoes and mash them.
Finely chop the coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chili. Add these to the mashed potatoes along with the cumin
Season with salt.
Mix the aloo tikki mixture well.
Take a small ball from the mixture. Flatten the ball and shape into tikkis. Make 7-8 tikkis and keep aside.
Shallow or deep fry the tikkis in hot oil.

Ingredients:

  • Oil 4-5 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Mutton ½ Kg
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Water as required
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Onion 3
  • Green chilies 3-4

Method:
In a large cooking pot, add Cooking Oil, Garlic Chopped and cook for a whileNow add Mutton, Turmeric, Cumin, Salt, Black Chili, Water and cook for a minuteNow cover it and cook it for 2-3 hours on low flameAfter that add tomatoes, onion, green chilies and cover for 12-15 minutes on low medium flame and serve hot.
