Ingredients

  • Flour                     1kg
  • Yeast                     1tbsp
  • Baking soda        ½ tsp
  • Salt                      1tsp
  • Oil                        ½ cup
  • Ingredients for filling
  • Red chilies round         8
  • Coriander            1bunch
  • Mint                     1bunch
  • Coriander powder 2tbsp
  • Cumin                  2tbsp
  • Fennel                 1tbsp
  • Salt                      1tsp

Methods

  1. In a bowl add all ingredients mix and kneed leave it for 1 hour.
  2. Now add all ingredients in a chopper and grind.
  3. Now make rotis of dough and add filling , roast it on tawa.
  4. Then bake in the oven for 5 min and serve .
