INGREDIENTS:

  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
  • Orange zest 2 tbsp
  • Green onion 1 bunch
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Beef steak (sliced) 500 gm
  • Vegetable oil 6 tbsp
  • Garlic 2
  • Dried red chili 7
  • Orange juice ½ cup
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Cooked white rice for serving
  • Orange for serving

METHOD:
In a bowl mix beef, orange zest, salt, brown sugar, orange juice, soy sauce and vinegar, leave it for about 30 minutes. Then heat oil, sauté red chili. Also add garlic, take it out the beef from marination and sauté well. Now add carrots and cook well. Then in the marination mix cornstarch and add it to the beef mixture, cook well. Once it becomes thick add green onions and serve with cooked rice and orange.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mustard leaves 1 cup
  • Oranges 2
  • Pomegranate seeds 1 cup
  • Red onion 1/4
  • Walnuts 2 tbsp
  • Cucumber 1

 

Dressing:

  • Olive oil 2 tbsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Green onion 2
  • Orange juice 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed red chili to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

 

METHOD:
In a bowl mix the salad dressing. Then mix the salad ingredients and serve with dressing.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Butter (unsalted) 6 tbsp
  • White chocolate chips ¾ cup
  • Heavy whipping cream 3 cup
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Egg yolk 3
  • Gelatin 2 tsp
  • Warm water 2 tbsp

 

SAUCE:

  • Cornstarch 1 tbsp
  • Cold water 2 tbsp
  • Pomegranate juice 1 cup
  • Pomegranate seeds ¼ cup

METHOD:
In bowl mix butter, white chocolate chips, 6 tbsp cream and sugar. Then beat egg yolks well, pour it in a pan and cook well. Now soak gelatin in the water. Once it is soaked add to the chocolate mixture and allow it to cool. Then mix the whipping cream and allow it to cool. Now in the water add cornstarch and pomegranate juice. Cook well until it becomes thick, allow it to cool. In the end garnish the mousse with pomegranate sauce and pomegranate seeds. Serve chilled.
