Ingredients:

  • Chicken Tikka boti 1 packet
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Biryani masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt, chili , turmeric as required
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Green coriander as required
  • Green chilies as required
  • Green chili grinded 2 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 4 tbsp

Ingredients for rice:

  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Raisins 4 tbsp
  • Cashew 10-12
  • Clarified butter 4 tbsp
  • Fried onion ½ cup
  • Rose water 2 tbsp
  • Yellow food color 1 pinch

Method:
Heat oil and fryonion. Add salt, chili, turmeric, tomato, ginger garlic paste and grinded chili fry well then add Chicken Tikka boti. Now add biryani masala, all spice powder and coconut milk powder. Add ½ cup of water, cook/ add green coriander, green chilies and eggs fry. Add ½ cup of water, 2tbsp of oil and half rice. Add egg masala, raisins, cashew, fried onion and rose water. Mix rice add yellow food color which mix in water, left for simmer then garnish with egg and serve..

Ingredients:

  • Original Apple Soda 300ml
  • Lemon (medium) 1/2
  • fresh mint 4 leaves
  • fresh ginger juice 1/2 tsp
  • lemon slices for garnishing
  • Ice cubes as required

 

Method:
crush mint leaves in a glass squeeze lemon juice add ginger juice add ice pour Original Apple soda
and serve with lemon slice garnish.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Potatoes 250 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¾ cup
  • Whole mix all spices 1 tbsp
  • Salt, red chili, turmeric as required
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 1 tbsp
  • Fried grinded onions ½ cup
  • All spices powder ½ cup
  • Nutmeg mace powder ½ tsp
  • Screw pine few drops

Method:
In mutton add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili, turmeric, coriander powder and clarified butter and also add whole mix spices and 2 cup water add and cook till than meat tender .now meat tender then add potatoes add .after this add masala ,nutmeg mace powder ,screw pine and 2 cup of water add and cook till then potatoes tender .finally add fried grinded onion and further leave on dum for 5 minutes and remove it .
