INGREDEINTS:

  • Chicken Legs 15pcs
  • Check peas flour 200g
  • Garlic 30g
  • Ginger 25g
  • Crushed Coriander 20g
  • Crushed Cumin 20g
  • Turmeric powder 15g
  • Crushed chili 25g
  • Red chili powder 15g
  • Lemon juice 50ml
  • Egg 3no
  • Oil 100ml
  • Yellow color 2g
  • Salt

GARNISH:

Fresh coriander and star anise

 

METHOD:

• Wash chicken very well and cut the leg in two
• Marinate with all spices with ginger garlic paste
• Add egg and check peas flour
• Heat the oil and then fry medium well
• Prepare the steam pot
• Arrange all pcs of chicken steamer
• Cook till tender it will take 20mnt

Lobster Spaghetti :

INGREDIENTS:

  • Lobster 300g
  • Spaghetti 320g
  • Cherry tomato 90g
  • Garlic 30g
  • Oil olive 25ml
  • Parsley 20g
  • Basil 5g
  • Parmesan cheese 20g
  • Salt n Pepper

 

Garlic Prawns:

INGREDIENTS

  • Prawns 500g
  • Garlic 60g
  • Oil olive 40ml
  • Chili flakes 2g
  • Butter 20g
  • Lemon 20ml

 

Lobster Spaghetti

METHOD

• Boil the spaghetti with salt
• Hot the oil sauté garlic
• cherry tomato cut it in two pcs
• pot in sauté garlic fry pan then add basil
• add lobster sauté well
• add parsley make a creamy style
• salt and pepper
• removed and served with garlic bread

 

Garlic Prawns:

METHOD:

• Hot the oil sauté garlic
• Add prawns sauté with garlic
• Add chili flakes after put the lemon juice
• Sprinkle the parsley and removed from the fire
• Served in plate with potato and beet rook

INGREDEINTS:

  • Milk 5kg
  • Glucose 100g
  • Sugar 250g
  • Pista badam 200g
  • Color vermicelli 20g
  • Vinegar 2tbsp
  • Kishmish 50g
  • Cardamom small 10g

 

METHOD:

• Boil the milk
• Add vinegar to Separate milk and water
• When water and milk separate throw half of water
• Boil till water dry
• Removed from the pot
• Let them cold
• Add coconut and glucose liquid
• Add pista badam and Kishmish
• Add cardamom powder and color vermicelli
• Mash them well
• After make a milky laddo
• Arrange in a platter
• Garnish with nuts
