Ingredients:
- Dry yeast 1 packet
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Warm milk 1 cup
- Sweet potatoes (mashed) ½ cup
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Egg 1 large
- Bread flour 2.5 cup
Method:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead a dough. Set aside. Then divide 10-12 equal portions, roll like rope and make the knot. Now arrange it in a baking tray and leave it. In the end bake it until golden. Serve hot.
Ingredients:
- Chicken cubes ½ kg
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Onion 1 large
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Black cardamoms 5 large
- Cloves 10
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Star anise 1
- Black peppercorns 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 ½ tbsp.
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Eggs (boiled) for garnish
- Water as required
Method:
In a wok heat oil, add onion, chicken cubes, garlic, ginger, black cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, black peppercorns, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, cumin, turmeric powder and salt along with water. Cook properly for about 2 hours. In the end garnish with boiled eggs and serve hot.

- Sweet potato (cooked) ½ cup
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Bread slices 4
- Chicken (shredded) ½ cup
- Cucumber (sliced) 1
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
In a bowl mix sweet potato, mayonnaise, chopped coriander, salt and pepper. Then add to the bread slices. Now add shredded chicken, spread evenly. Then place cucumber and cover with another slice of bread. Serve.
