  • Chicken breast fillet (strips) 300 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Capsicum (deseeded and thinly sliced) 1
  • Carrot (sliced, diagonally) 1
  • White vinegar 2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Green onion (sliced, diagonally) 2
  • Baby corn ¾ cup
  • Rice (boiled) to serve

Marinate chicken with soy sauce and chili sauce. Then heat sesame oil and sauté chicken well. Now add vegetables, salt and pepper and rest of the ingredients. Then dissolve corn flour in water and add in the mixture. Now add green onions and serve with boiled rice.


  • Fish qeema 500 gm
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Carom 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Chickpea (roasted) 2 tbsp
  • Bread slice 1
  • Nation fish masala 1 tbsp
  • For gravy:
  • Onion (fried) 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Fish masala 2 tbsp
  • Lemon, garlic for garnish


Mix kofta ingredients, make koftas and fry well. Then heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and fry well. Now add fish masala and yogurt. Cook well. Then add fried onion and tomato paste, cook for a while. Now add koftas and water. Cover and cook properly. In the end garnish with lemon and garlic. Serve hot.
