  • Red tomatoes 1 kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Kalonji 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 8
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic crushed 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp




Wash and crush tomatoes coarsely. Heat oil add kalonji, chopped garlic, fry for 2 mins, add green chilies, fry for another 2 mins, add tomatoes, chili powder and salt, cover and cook till tomatoes tender, add sugar, fry chatni till oil comes on top, remove, cool and serve.

Ingredients for dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 1 ½ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Warm water as required

Ingredients for filling:

  • Cream cheese 4 ounces
  • Cheddar cheese shredded ½ cup
  • Zaatar mix in oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for topping:

  • Melted butter for topping
  • Siracha sauce 1 tbsp



Make dough and leave it to rise for 30 mins, mix ingredients for filling in a bowl, make into small balls and roll each ball longish, spread with filling in the center, brush sides with little water and turn both the sides leaving the filling open, place on a baking tray, brush with melted butter, sprinkle with siracha sauce, and bake for 10 to 12 mins on 200 d.

Ingredients for brownie:

  • Eggs 3
  • Milk chocolate ¾ cup
  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Brown sugar 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Dark chocolate ¾ cup

Ingredients for cheesecake:

  • Butter ¼ cup
  • Caster sugar ½ cup
  • Cream cheese 8 ounces
  • Hazelnut 1 cup
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Gelatin dissolved 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate crushed 10
    Ingredients for decoration:
  • Whipped cream as required
  • Chocolate as required


In a pan add butter, both the chocolates and melt on low heat, beat eggs with both the sugars, keep beating, add in salt, vanilla, beat well, add in the melted chocolate and butter mixture, fold in flour and coco powder, fold in very gently, pour in a well-greased 9 inch square pan and bake for 25 mins until done, remove, cool and put the baked brownie in a 8 inch square loose bottom pan.

Method for cheesecake:

Beat butter, sugar, cream cheese well, add nutella, dissolved gelatin, fold in whipped cream, pour half mixture on the brownie base, top with crushed, then remaining cheesecake mixture, put it to set for 1 hour until done, remove ,lastly decorate with whipped cream and chocolate.
