Ingredients:

  • Fish ½ kg
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tbsp
  • All spice powder 1tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1tsp
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • Chaat Masala 1tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for shallow frying

 

Method:
Mix all ingredients with yogurt then apply this on fish and leave for 30 minutes. Now shallow fry fish in oil

Ingredients:

  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • All spice powder ¾ tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Cottage cheese 250 gm
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Green peas 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Cream 2 tbsp

Method:
Cut cottage cheese in cubes then coat them in flour and fry them. Heat oil adds cumin seeds and let it splutter then add onion and saute. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric and cook. Now add yogurt, all spice powder and cook. Then blend it with hand blender so that gravy becomes smooth. Now add green peas, dried fenugreek leaves, cream and let it simmer. Serve with cheese.
