  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin roasted & crushed ½ tsp
  • Allspice ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Water 3 cups


Ingredients for Gravy:

  • Tomatoes (blended and sieved) 4
  • Tomato puree 3 tbsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Orange color a pinch
  • Sugar 1 tbsp



Boil mutton with all the given ingredients until tender and half cup stock left.



Cook all together in a sauce pan until thick, add the sauce to the mutton, cook for 5 mins, serve garnished with coriander leaves and green chilies on a tawa pan.

Ingredients for Rabri:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Almonds and pistachios 2 tbsp each
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Colored vermicelli 1 cup boiled


Ingredients for Kulfi:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Dried milk 250 gm
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp heaped
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Chia (soaked) 2 tbsp for serving
  • Red juice for topping
  • Almonds and pistachio (grinded) 2 tbsp each



Cook milk till reduced to half, add all the remaining ingredients, cook for another 10 mins, remove and cool.


Cook milk and sugar till reduced to 3 cups, add in khoya, cook for 10 mins, remove, cool, add cream, cardamom powder, saffron and nuts, pour mixture in kulfi molds, chill overnight.


Put some rabri mixture in a bowl, then kulfi, top with chia, almonds, pistachios and red juice, serve immediately.


  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Onion (chopped) ½ cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
  • Cheese slices 4
  • Jerkins (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Mustard powder ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  • Square roll wrappers as required
  • Egg white 1


Ingredients for Dip:

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic ½ tsp



Bake beef mince with all the given ingredients, lastly add cheese and remove, cool filling, fill in square wrappers, fold into roll, seal with egg white and deep fry.



Mix all together, serve with roll.
