  • Mutton liver 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies paste 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Tomato ground 1 cup
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Tikka masala 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • For Bun
  • Buns 6
  • Onion sliced as required
  • Tomato sliced as required
  • Chutney as required

Ingredient for chutney:

  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp 4 tbsp
  • Salt as required

For chutney blend all ingredient well. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt, crushed red chilies, cumin powder and tikka masala on mutton liver and leave for 2 hour. Heat oil on tawa fry onion well. Add marinated liver fry well. Also add tomatoes cook well. Toast bun on tawa. Add liver mixture, chutney, onion and tomatoes, cover with bun. Serve with chutney


  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Corn flour 1-1/2 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder ½ tsp
  • Almond powder 4 tbsp
  • Dried dates soaked 6
  • Saffron ¾ tsp


Boil milk and leave for half hour. Add sugar, cardamom powder and almond powder cook for 10 minute. Add saffron, nutmeg powder and soaked dates with dissolved corn flour cook well. Remove in glass and serve.
