Ingredients:

  • Ginger 2inch
  • Garlic 7-8 cloves
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Prawns 500 grams
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1tsp
  • Red chili powder 4tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Tamarind paste 1/4 cup
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Garlic 8-10 cloves
  • Onions chopped 3-4 medium size
  • Coriander powder 1tbsp
  • Garam masala 2tsp
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Method:
Prawns wash well then add ginger garlic and green chilies grind .then add 2 tbsp mix in prawns and salt ,lemon juice ,red chili powder ,turmeric and tamarind paste add and marinate .now in a pan heat oil and fry garlic cloves ,chopped onion cook till than brown .after this add remaining mixture and marinated prawn add and cook 10 to 15 minutes .then add coriander powder and all spices add and cook for 2 minutes .finally garnish with green coriander and serve .

  • Chicken boneless 500 grams
  • Ginger 3inch
  • Garlic 6-7 cloves
  • Onion 2 large size
  • Coriander 1tbsp
  • Cumin 1tbsp
  • Kashmiri whole chilies 12-15
  • Almond 50grm
  • Roasted chickpeas 2tbsp
  • Garam masala 2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 1cup
  • Fresh cream 3tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Coals for Smoke
  • Fresh coriander ginger and chilies for garnish

Method:
In a pan add coriander ,cumin ,Kashmiri chilies and almond lightly sauté and grind it .after this onion fry and crushed .then in a bowl add boneless chicken ,ginger ,garlic ,lemon juice ,yogurt ,garam masala and salt add and grinded masala add then add marinated chicken .now in a pan heat oil and chicken fry .then add roasted gram powder and cream add then cook for 3 minutes and do the smoke .finally garnish with green coriander ,ginger and green chilies and serve .

  • barley 100 grams
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Dates 8 – 10
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachios 2tbs
  • Almonds 2tbs
  • Sugar 3tbs
  • Almond and pistachios for garnish

Mulberry shake:

Ingredients:

  • Dried mulberries 1cup
  • Milk chilled 2cup
  • Fresh cream 3tbs
  • Honey 2tbs

Talbina dessert:

Method:
Barley soaked in water for 20 minutes. then in a pan add milk and boil then add all ingredients mix and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. finally remove in a bowl and garnish with almonds and pistachios and serve.

 

Mulbeery shake:

Method:
Dried mulberries soak in warm water then Dried mulberries and all ingredients pour in blender then blend well and serve .
