Ingredients:

  • Chicken koftas 1 packet
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Fresh coriander ¼ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Eggs (boiled) 2
  • Oil as required

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken koftas. Then heat oil in a tawa pan and fry the onion. Now cut the tomato in round shape and place it on the sides. Cover it until the tomato gets tender. Then add green chilies, ginger garlic, salt, red chili flakes, coriander seeds, cumin, fennel seeds, chaat masala and all spice powder. Cook well. Now add fried chicken koftas and boiled eggs. Cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Lastly garnish with green chilies and fresh coriander. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Black gram ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Ginger (chopped) 1 piece
  • Onion (sliced) 1
  • Green chilies 4
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

 

Method:
Firstly in the black gram add turmeric powder and boil it well until the lentil gets tender. Then heat oil in a wok and fry the onion. Now add green chilies, tomatoes, cumin, fenugreek leaves, red chili flakes and salt. Cook well. Then add boiled lentil and mix well. Now heat butter in another pan and fry the garlic. Then add chopped garlic and cumin, fry well. Now add this mixture into the lentil mixture. Lastly dish out and serve hot.

  • Chicken ½ kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Fresh coriander (chopped) ½ bunch
  • Mint leaves ¼ bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies (slit) 3-4
  • Dried mango powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg, mace powder ½ tsp
  • Dried red chilies 5-6
  • Oil 4-5
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cumin and chicken. Once the chicken changes its color add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then in a bowl add yogurt, crushed black pepper, dried mango powder, nutmeg, mace powder and salt. Mix well. Now add this mixture into the chicken mixture. Cover and cook on a medium flame. Then add fresh coriander, mint leaves, dried red chilies, all spice powder and green chilies. Cook well until the water gets dry. Lastly dish out and serve hot.
