Ingredients:
- Boiled Noodles 1 cup
- Whole red chilies 4-6
- Curry leaves few
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Chicken stock 4 glasses
- Lemon grass 10 gm
- Chopped ginger 1 piece
- Salt as required
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
METHOD:
Heat 1 tbsp oil add 4-6 whole red chillies, a few bay leaves , 1 word lemon grass and 1 piece of chopped ginger. Now add 4 glasses of chicken stock and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1tbsp soya sauce , salt, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Mix well Add this 1 cup of boiled noodles. Turn off the stove.
Ingredients:
- Boiled macaroni ½ packet
- Crispy shots ½ packet
- Tomato ketchup ½ cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Green onion to serve
Ingredients:
- Beef minced 400 gm
- Burger Buns 4
- Mushroom 1 cup
- Finely chopped onion 1 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Finely chopped green chili 1
- Tomato Ketchup ½ cup
- Lettuce 4
- Finely chopped cabbage 1 cup
- Oil for frying
Method:
• In a chopper, chopped mushroom, finely chopped onion,oregano, ginger garlic, black pepper, salt, finely chopped green chili and mince.
• Now add bread crumbs and mix well.
• After this, make kabab and fry.
• Place a chicken burger onto one slice, top with a slice of tomato
• Pour lettuce, kabab and finely chopped cabbage.
• In the end, cover with the second slice and serve.
