Ingredients:

  • Sugar 1tsp
  • Creamy peanut butter 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Water 2 -3 tbsp
  • Garlic crushed 2 cloves
  • Chicken (thin strips) 300gm
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Broccoli (thin sliced) 2 cups
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Carrot shredded 2 tbsp
  • Salt pepper to taste
  • Red onion sliced 1 medium
  • Minced ginger root 1 tsp
  • Tortillas 4

 

METHOD:
In a bowl add sugar ,peanut putter ,water ,ginger and soy sauce add and mix .then in chicken add garlic ,salt and black pepper mix .after this in a pan 2 tbsp oil add and cook the chicken .then in the same pan add 2 tsp oil then add broccoli ,carrot ,onion ,lemon juice ,salt and black pepper add and cook .then add ginger and peanut butter mixture mix .now pour the mixture on tortillas and fold it then serve .

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 Cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Warm water as required

For stuffing:

  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin roasted & crushed 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1 medium
  • Mix vegetables chopped 1 cup
  • Green chili chopped 3
  • Green onion leaves 2 tbsp
  • Potatoes boiled 2 mediums
  • Coriander and mint chopped 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

METHOD:
In a bowl, add all the dough Ingredients and knead well. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minute.
In a wok, add cooking oil, coriander seeds, cumin seeds red chili powder, turmeric power chaat masala, red chili crushed, mix well and cook for 30 seconds. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add onion & mix well. Add mix veggie chilies, green onion leaves, potatoes, mint leaves, mix& mash well. Add salt, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Let it cool. Knead dough again, take a small dough, make a ball & sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. Add& spread prepared vegetable filling and seal all the edges & twist gently. Dust dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin. Heat griddle, place rolled dough & brush with oil and fry on medium flame from both sides. Cut each paratha into 4 and Serve.
