Ingredients:

  • Tikka boti 1 packet
  • Boiled Macaroni 200 gm
  • Capsicum 1
  • Red beans 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Cucumber 1
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Tomato 1
  • Green coriander as required
  • Black pepper as required
    Salt as required

For dressing:

  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp

Method:
Finely cut vegetables. Now in a bowl mix oil, sugar, mustard paste, soy sauce and garlic. Then add this in vegetables. Now add macaroni, red beans, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper and salt and mix well. Then add fried tikka boti , green coriander and serve.

  • Fish ½ kg
  • Moringa 4
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Tomatoes ground 1cup
  • Red chili powder 2tsp
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Coriander 1tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chilies as required

 

Method:
Wash and peel Moringa then cut and boil in water with turmeric , now heat oil in a pan add curry leaves , tomatoes and onions and rest of spices and roast well , add Moringa and fish cook till done , lastly add coriander and green chilies and serve .
