Tikka Karahi is a unique yet versatile dish. It is one of those dishes that everyone instantly falls in love with.

Ingredients:

  • Tikka boti (chicken) 1 packet
  • Grinded tomatoes 2 cups
  • Green chilies 6
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Finely cut ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
Heat oil and add tomato then roast it .now all spices mix and roast it .finally add tikka boti and leave on dum Finley sprinkling ginger and serve it.

Ingredients:

  • Rice ½ kg
  • Beef ½ kg
  • Potato ½ kg
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 12
  • Curry leaves 2
  • Mint leaves ½ bunch
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp

Ingredients for dum:

  • Black cumin 2 tsp
  • Fry onion 1 cup
  • Star Anise 4
  • Whole black pepper 2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 2 tsp
  • Whole coriander 2 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
Add 6 glass water, salt, fennel seeds and whole coriander in beef and cook on low flame till meat get tender. Then separate meat from stock. In another pan heat oil and fry onion. Now add black cumin, black pepper, curry leaves, potato and meat, sauté well. Then add green chilies, ginger and garlic crushed. When they cook well then add stock and soaked rice. When rice simmer then add whole black pepper, anise star and fennel seeds crushed. Now add fry onion and mint leaves from top and leave it on dum. Then mix and turn off the flame.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 300 gram
  • Chops 300 gram
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Garlic cloves 8
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion 2
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
Add green chilies, black pepper, cumin, garlic and lemon juice in yogurt and blend them. Now put this on chops and leave for some time. Then heat oil and fry onion until golden brown. Then add tomatoes, turmeric and salt and saute it well. Now add marinated chops and mutton and cook for half an hour. When they get tender then saute it. Now add green coriander and finely cut ginger and turn off the flame.

  • Oil or clarified butter 1/3 cup
  • Eggs 3
