Ingredients

  • Chicken                                ½ kg
  • Salt                                         to taste
  • Lemon juice                       2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise                       1 tbsp
  • Garam masala                   ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste           2 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies          1 tbsp
  • Black pepper                      ½ tsp
  • Sticks                                     6
  • Cream                                   2 tbsp
  • Oil                                           ½ cup
  • Tomatoes                            3
  • Capsicum                             3
  • For rice:
  • Rice                                        ½ kg
  • Onion                                    1
  • Garam masala                   ½ tsp
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Black pepper                      1 tsp
  • Spring onion                       ½ kg
  • Oil                                           ½ cup

Methods

  1. First mix chicken with all the ingredients.
  2. Now put 1 chicken boti, 1 capsicum, 1 tomato and 1 onion on stick.
  3. For rice heat oil, add onion and fry till it gets golden brown.
  4. Now add garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  5. Then add 2cup water and all other ingredients then add rice.
  6. When it comes on dum add fry onion and serve.
