  • Chicken breast 1 cut into thin julienne
  • Salt ½ tsp + ½ tsp
  • White pepper ½ tsp + ½ tsp
  • Mushrooms 4 sliced
  • Green chilies small ones 4 cut in halves
  • Ginger sliced 1 tbsp
  • Thick coconut milk 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Stock 4 cups
  • Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
  • Chili oil 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp



Marinate chicken strips with salt and white pepper ½ tsp each, boil stock, add in marinated chicken with dissolved flour paste, mushrooms, green chilies, ginger slice, coconut milk, crushed red pepper, remaining salt and white pepper, lemon juice, chili oil and fish sauce, cook till thick serve hot with coriander leaves.


  • Chicken tikka chunks ½ cup
  • Undercut thinly sliced ½ cup
  • Shrimps ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp+1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp+1 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp heaped
  • Cabbage coarsely sliced 4 tbsp
  • Carrots thinly sliced 2 tbsp
  • Spring onion leaves 2 tbsp thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms sliced 4
  • Baby corn 3 cut into halves then into small pieces
  • Rice noodles boiled 2 cups
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp heaped
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 2 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp



Marinate chicken tikka chunks, undercut and shrimps with salt and pepper ½ tsp each. Heat oil, add chopped garlic, fry for 1 min till light golden, add marinated meats, fry for 5 mins, add remaining salt, white pepper, crushed red pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, add all the sliced vegetables. Lastly fold in the boiled noodles, mix all well and serve.


  • Undercut ½ kg julienne
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Chicken powder ½ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Orange color a pinch


Ingredients for Sauce:

  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 3 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Dark soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chicken powder ½ tsp
  • Water ½ cup
  • Onion 1 cut in round and half
  • Capsicum 1 julienne
  • Chili oil 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp for garnishing




Mix all the ingredients together and marinate undercut for 30 mins, deep fry in hot oil for 10 mins, drain and keep aside.


Heat oil, add garlic, fry, add the fried beef with sauces, seasonings, veggies. Lastly add chili oil, garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds, remove. Serve immediately.
