Ingredients:

  • Ashrafi red 3 tbsp
  • Ashrafi green 3 tbsp
  • Ashrafi yellow 3 tbsp
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Strawberry custard 2 to 3 tbsp
  • vermicelli’s boiled ¼ cup
  • Fruit cocktail ¼ cup
  • Almonds for garnish

 

 

Method:
Pan men milk or sugar dal ker ubal lain phir custard ko pani men ghol ker milk men shamil ker kay milk ko garha kerkay thanda ker lian ab tino ashrfiyan, fruit cocktail or sivayyan dal ker mix karen or glasses men bhar lain phir almons se garnish ker kay serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Chapli kabab 2 to 3
  • paratha 4 to 5
  • Oil as required

 

Method:
Chapli kabab fry ker kay parathay ko ek sides se fry ker lain phir chapli kabab ko center se kat ker parathay per rakhen or parathay ko fold ker kay half moon bana lain phir kinaron ko achi tarhan band ker kay pan men oil garam ker kay shallow fry lain.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken with bone 750 gm
  • Rice 500 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion boiled & paste ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • White pepper 1 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin cutter 1 tbsp
  • Roasted coriander cutter 1 tbsp
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Butter 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Coal for smoke

 

Method:
Pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan, adrak or hari mirchon ka paste sauté ker lain phir chicken dal ker fry ker lain. Ab piyaz ka paste, dahi or tamam masalay dal ker itna pakaen kay oil or gravy alag alag hojae phir cream or lemon juice dal ker mix karen ab gravy per koylay ka dum laga lain phir ublay huway chawal dal ker upper se melted butter dalain or hara dhanai dal ker dum per chor dain jab biryani tayyar hojae to ek dafa phir se koylay ka dum de ker serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Turnip slices 1 cup
  • Carrot slices 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Fennel crushed 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  • Water 3 to 4 cups

Method:
Ek sauce pan men pani or tamam masalay dal ker 20 se 25 minutes tak ubal lain phir shaljam or gajar dal ker mazeed 10 se 15 minutes tak pak nahy den itna kay shaljam or gajar over cooked na ho phir achar ko thanda ker kay jar men dal ker rakh den or 2 se 3 din bad istemal karen.
