Ingredients:

  • Butter melted and cooled 1 cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Flour 1 ¼ cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Brown sugar ¾ cup
  • Coco powder ½ cup
  • Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Walnuts 1 cup

Ingredients for icing:

  • Soften butter ½ cup
  • Icing sugar 1 ¼ cup
  • Coco powder 4 tbsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Coffee dissolved 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla ½ tsp

 

Method:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, eggs and vanilla, combine the dry ingredients, gradually add to the butter mixture, fold in walnuts, do not over mix, spread into a greased 13x 9 inch baking pan, bake for 30 mins on 180 d, cool on wire rack.

Method for icing:

In a small bowl, beat all the ingredients until smooth, spread over cooled brownies, cut into squares on bars.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion 2 cups sliced
  • Tomatoes 2 sliced
  • Cashew nuts 15
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies ground 8
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Water 1 ½ cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp

Method:

Heat oil add onion, fry for 5 mins, add tomato, fry for another 2 mins, remove, cool and blend this mixture with cashew nuts. In the remaining oil add cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chili grinded, fry for 1 min, add chicken, fry till chicken turns white, add dry seasonings, salt, turmeric and chili powder, fry well, add blended masala, fry for 5 mins, add water, cover and cook till chicken tender and thick gravy left.lastly add allspice and chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup

Ingredients for masala:

  • Butter 3 ounce
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Onion 1 cup chopped
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori color pinch
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Cream ¼ cup
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Corn flour 1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1 tsp

Method:
Marinate chicken cubes with yogurt, chili powder, allspice, salt, ginger garlic for 30 mins and pan fry in ¼ cup oil till done.

Method for masala:
In a wok heat oil and butter, add cumin seeds with chopped onion, fry for 5 mins, add ginger garlic paste with spices, color, sugar, tomato puree, fry well, add 1 cup water with fried chicken, cream and milk .lastly add all spice, kasuri methi, thicken mixture with corn flour, garnish with chopped greens, serve with nan.
