Here is a no-bake dessert to satisfy your sweet cravings. These Trifle & Jello Cups are made with strawberry jello, pound cake, cream cheese and fruit cubes.
- Strawberry jello 1 packet
- Water ¾ cup
- Boiling water 1 ½ cup
- Pound cake ½ pound
- Cream cheese 8 ounces
- Condensed milk 4-5 tbsp
- Pineapple cubes 1 ½ cup
- Whipped cream 1 cup
- Place foil liners into muffin pan cups.
- Place a pound cube into each of the pan cups and top it with a cube of pineapple.
- Beat cream cheese and then add condensed milk.
- Fold in the cream and pour mixture onto the cake cube. 2 tablespoons in each pan cup.
- Leave it till it’s chilled.
- Top it off with jello and let it set in the fridge.
- Decorate with whipped cream and serve it chilled.
