Ingredients for Dough:

Flour 3 cups
Clarified butter 3 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Water to knead as required

Ingredients for Filling:

Cooked mince 200 gm
Capsicum ½ finely chopped
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Green chilies 2 finely chopped
Salt and pepper ½ tsp each
Onion ½ cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Sweet corn 3 tbsp

Ingredients for cooked mince:

Mince 200 gm
Oil 1-2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red Chili powder ½ tsp
Coriander powder ½ tsp
Turmeric 2 pinch
Blended tomato 1
All spices powder

Method for dough:

Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead well.
Let it rise for a while.
Make small balls of the dough.
Take each ball and roll into a small saucer size, wet the edges, put filling in center and turn into a calzone shape.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Method for cooked mince:

In a wok, add all oil and all the spices except all spices powder.
Then add the mince and cook it well.
In the end add all spices powder for added taste.

Method for filling:

In the earlier prepared mince, add in all the ingredients for filling.
Mix well and fill in the calzone.
