Veggie Stuffed Omelette makes a healthy and wholesome breakfast that almost anyone would be delighted to have.

Ingredients:

  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Chopped bell pepper 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 tbsp
  • Chopped tomato 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 1 tsp
  • Spinach leaves 1cup
  • Eggs beaten 4
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Cheese shredded 2 tbsp

Method:
Fry vegetable with salt and black pepper. Add salt, black pepper and water beat well and fry. Add vegetable fold well. Pour cheese and serve.

Ingredients for Sauce:

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

For Burgers:

  • Ground beef 300 gm
  • Sausage 2
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cheese 4 sliced
  • Buns toasted 4
  • Eggs fried 4
  • Tomato sliced 4
  • Lettuce leaves 4

Method:
Mix salt, green chili, garlic and green coriander, grind well. Form into patty cook in oil. Add 4 eggs fry well. Mix all ingredients of sauce. Cut sausages into half cook in hot oil. Assemble the burger. Add sauce, egg, patty, tomato sliced, cheese sliced, lettuce leaves and sausages, serve.
