Waffles cones are always remarkably delicious. The combination of these waffle cones with ice cream on top and chocolate syrup m are a heavenly tasting dessert.

Ingredients for Cone:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 4
  • Butter (melted) ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
  • Chocolate syrup ½ cup

 

Method:
In a bowl add flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix well and set aside. Then in another bowl add eggs and sugar. Whip well until creamy. Now add vanilla essence and butter. Mix well. Then add the dry ingredients and mix well. Now add 4 tbsp of the mixture on a waffle maker. Cook for ½ a minute. Remove the waffle and roll around a cone shaped utensil. Let it rest for about 2 minutes. Remove the cone and cool in the fridge. Scoop vanilla ice cream in it. Drizzle some chocolate syrup on top and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Coconut (grated) 2 tsp
  • Garam masala ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 2
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Green chili 1
  • Oil 1.5 tbsp
  • Whole dry red Chilies 2
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (whole) 5-6
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

 

For Egg Curry:

  • Eggs (hard boiled, 4
  • Pealed and
  • Sliced)
  • Roasted sesame seeds ½ tbsp
  • Peanuts for garnish
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

 

Method:
Heat oil in a wok add mustard and cumin. Fry for about 20 minutes. Then add sesame seeds and fry for another 10 minutes. Now add ginger, garlic and green chili. Cook for a minute. Then add ground spices and poppy seeds, mix and cook well. Now add tomatoes and salt. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes. In the end add lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander, sesame and chopped peanuts. Also add boiled eggs on the sides and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Leg 1 kg
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Meat tenderizer 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fying
  • Green chilies (sliced) 4-6
  • Fresh coriander 6 tbsp
  • Garam flour ¼ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Coriander (crushed) 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp

 

Method:
In a bowl except oil add all the ingredients and mix well. Then add the chicken legs and marinate for about 6 hours. Then heat oil and cook the legs on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
