Zafarani Kukar
Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg (8 pieces)
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Cheddar Cheese ½ cup
Egg 1
Raw Papaya 1 tbsp
Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
All spice ½ tsp
Cream 4 tbsp
Saffron ¼ tsp (soaked in 2 tbsp hot water)
Method:
Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, put on squires, and grill in oven or bbq .Serve with lemon wedges
