  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Eggs 3
  • Peas boiled ¾ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Salt, red pepper & turmeric as required
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Whole spice powder ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Coriander leaves & green chilies as required
  • Tomato boiled & chopped ¾ cup

Fry the chopped onion.
Add salt, red pepper, turmeric, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, and boiled chopped tomato cook until oil is oozing out.
Cut the boil eggs and set aside.
Blend 3 eggs with salt, coriander leaves, green chilies.
Add oil and make fry egg.
Make small pieces and set aside.


  • Prawns 100gm
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Cucumber chopped 1
  • Boiled peas ½ cup
  • Soya 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green onion 1
  • Boiled pasta 1-1/2 cup

Ingredients for dressing:

  • Salt, black pepper as required
  • Mayonnaise ¾ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

Mix all ingredients of dressing. Mix all ingredients of salad and serve.

Ingredients for marination:

  • Chicken 750 gram
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¾ cup


Ingredients for baghaar:

  • Mustard oil ½ cup
  • Whole red chili 6-8
  • Green chilies 6-8
  • Nigella seeds ½ tsp
  • Fennel seeds ½ tsp
  • White cumin ½ tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
  • Curry leaves 10-12
  • Asafoetida 1 pinch
  • Crushed ginger garlic 1 tbsp

Put all marination ingredients on chicken and leave for 3 to 4 hours. Now add all mixture in a pan and cook on high flame. Then slow down the flame and cook until chicken get tender and water dries. Now heat mustard oil add whole red chili, asafoetida, curry leaves, green chilies and crushed ginger garlic and fry it slightly. Then add remaining ingredients and fry them little and pour them on chicken.
