- Green Beans ½ kg
- Onion 2
- Tomato 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Turmeric ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Red Chili (crushed) ½ tsp
- Button Red Chilies 3
- Coriander Leaves for garnishing
- Green Chilies for garnishing
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions and tomatoes, mix and cook well.
- When tomatoes are tender, add beans, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric
- Add crushed red chilies and whole button red chilies.
- Mix all well lastly add coriander and green chilies. Serve hot
