Hyderabdi Achaar Gosht is one amazing Achaar Gosht. This will taste like bliss with a fresh naan and some salad on the side.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 750 gm
  • Onion 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 6-7
  • Garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 10-12
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
  • Oil or clarified butter 1-1/4 cup
  • Achar gosht masala 50 gm

Method:
Mix lemon juice in achar gosht masala. Cut green chilies and stuffed masala in it. Heat oil or ghee in pan cook onion till soft. Add chicken, ginger, garlic cook for 1-2 minute. Add remaining achar ghost masala and yogurt mix well. Add 1 cup of water cover and cook. Add tomatoes cook till meat is done. When oil separate add spiced chilies cook for 10 minute on low flame. Add lemon juice . to enhance flavor apply tarka on curry leaves and whole red chilies. Garnish with coriander serve.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Seekh kabab 1 packet
  • Puff pastry 500 gm
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Egg whipped 2

Method:
Heat oil fry seekh kabab remove from pan. roll puff pastry as a sheet. Cut puff pastry as the length of seek kabab. Cut 4×4 square. After that place kabab on puff pastry roll. Place on baking tray brush with egg and bake at 200C for 15 minute.

Ingredients:

  • Almond paste 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Whole dried milk 250 gm
  • Almond essence 1 tsp
  • Almonds to decorate

Method:
Heat clarified butter add semolina fry well. Add milk, sugar and almond paste fry well. Add whole dried milk and almond essence mix well till ghee separate from it. Remove in serving platter and garnish with almonds.
