  • Rice ½ kg soaked for 30 minutes
  • Eggs hard boiled 6 to 8
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Mixed whole spices 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 2 chopped
  • Tomatoes 2 finely chopped
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp heaped
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Coconut milk ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves few
  • Green chilies 4



Heat oil in a pan add mixed whole spices fry for 1 minute add chopped onion fry till light golden add ginger garlic paste add chopped tomatoes with dry seasonings fry well add ½ cup coconut milk and ½ cup water, cook till mixture thick, in a pan spread ½ boiled rice top with cooked masala, boiled eggs, chopped green masala, remaining rice, top with 2 tbsp oil or ghee, leave it dum for 15 minutes, transfer the biryani to platter, garnish with boiled eggs and serve.


  • Brinjals 250gm
  • Yogurt whipped 2 cups
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying



Beat yogurt mixed with salt and sugar, spread in a flat dish, slice the brinjals into round and fry in oil for 1 minute on each side, drain slices and spread them onto yogurt, sprinkle with all spice powder, black pepper, chili powder, garnish with coriander leaves, serve as a side dish.


  • Beef Mince ½ kg
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Bread 2 slices
  • Green chilies 2 chopped
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Dry bread crumbs as required
  • Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying


In a pan cook mince with chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, salt and water till tender and dry, mix in the mince, bread slices, green chilies, Wooster sauce, coriander leaves mix well, make oval shape cutlets, dip into beaten eggs coat with dry bread crumbs, fry golden brown.
