Ingredients :

  • Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Chopped Spinach 1 cup
  • Sliced onion 2
  • Chopped Green chilies 2-3
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda ¼ tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Crushed Coriander seeds 1tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tsp
  • Peeled & grated potatoes 1
  • Water as required
  • Oil as required

•  Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients except oil.
•  Then heat oil and fry pakoras.

Bean lettuce salad dressing:

Ingredients :

  • For Salad Dressing
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Chaat masala 1tsp
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Ketchup 4tbsp
  • Chili sauce 2tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1tsp


For Salad:

  • White beans 1cup
  • Kidney beans 1cup
  • boiled Corns 1cup
  • Lettuce 1cup
  • Iceberg
  • Purple cabbage
  • chopped Onion 1
  • chopped Cucumber 1cup
  • chopped Tomatoes 1
  • chopped Coriander 1bunch


• Take a bowl and mix all the dressing ingredients in it.
• Take another bowl, add all the salad ingredients.
• Now mix with dressing and serve.

  • Boiled Potatoes 4
  • Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ground Cumin 1 tsp
  • Green Chili 1
  • Rice Flour ½ Cup
  • Yogurt 1 Cup
  • Tamarind juice 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander as required
  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp

•  Mix Boiled potatoes, red chili powder, salt, cumin and green chili.
•  Make round shaped cutlets, coat with rice flour and fry.
•  Finally, pour rest of the ingredients over cutlets in a serving tray and serve.

  • Split Bengal gram ¼ cup
  • Pigeon pea ¼ cup
  • Red lentil 2 tbsp
  • Split green gram 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ¾ tsp
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Onion 1 cup chopped
  • Green chilies 2
  • Bottle gourd (peeled and cut in cubes) 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 10-12
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilies (whole) 4
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • Green chilies for garnish


Soak all the lentils for 1 hour, cook them in 3 cups of water with turmeric, salt and chili powder till done. Then heat ¼ cup oil, fry onion till light golden, add green chilies, ginger garlic paste and bottle gourd, fry well. Now add 1 cup water, cover and cook till bottle gourd nearly done. Then add boiled and slightly mashed lentils with tamarind pulp and temper it.


Heat clarified butter; add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and button red chilies, fry for 2 mins. Then add to the lentils, serve garnished with coriander leaves and green chilies.

  • Split green gram 1 ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • Yogurt 1 kg
  • Tamarind sweet chutney as required
  • Coconut (grinded) 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander ½ bunch
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp


For Tempering:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Mustard 1 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 2
