  • Chocolate cake mix 1 pack
  • Eggs 3
  • Water 1 1/4 cup
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Boston cream 1 cup
  • Strawberry pie filling 1 1/2 cup

Boston Cream Ingredients:

  • Milk 250 ml
  • Cream 250 ml
  • Egg yolks 3
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 1/2tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp

Chocolate Ganache Frosting Ingredients:

  • Dark chocolate 400 gm
  • Heavy cream 200 gm


Combine eggs, milk and water along with cake mix. Beat for few minutes on high speed. Pour into greased pan and bake on 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes. Let it cool. Slice and assemble the cake with layer of Boston cream strawberry cream filling and strawberry pie filling. Cover the cake and frost with chocolate ganache. Chill then serve.

Boston cream strawberry filling:
In a pan simmer milk, cream and vanilla essence.
In a bowl mix yolks, corn flour, sugar and gradually add simmering hot milk over it and continue stirring. Then place everything back in pot and cook for few minutes until its thick custard. Sieve in a bowl, add butter and mix nicely. Place cling film over the custard and refrigerate. Add strawberry pie filling 1/2 cup to it and stir.

Chocolate ganache frosting:
Melt chocolate in a bowl and add cream to it. Stir well, cover and keep it aside for few hours until it thickens well.


  • Chocolate 500 gm

Other Ingredients:

  • Bananas as required
  • Peanut cookies as required
  • Cakesicles as required
  • Peanuts (roasted and chopped) as required
  • Bunties as required
  • Sprinkles as required
  • Chocolate chips as required




Dip ingredients in chocolate couverture one at a time and drop excess chocolate, place onto a rack. Refrigerate for 5 min, garnish with any of the garnishes chocolate chips, sprinkles, bunties and serve.


  • Dark chocolate 250gm
  • White chocolate 250gm
  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  • Marshmallows 1 cup
  • Hazelnut spread 1 cup
  • Milk as required


Method for chocolate Bomb:
Use semicircular silicon mold and brush the melted dark chocolate in some molds and white chocolate in other. Let it cool in refrigerator for 10 min then apply another coating of chocolate.
Demold the shells and place in cupcake cases. Fill with 1 to 2 tbsp hazelnut paste and 1 tsp cocoa powder and 4 to 6 pcs of mini marshmallows. Cover the other shell and make sphere.
Boil milk in a glass or transparent mug and drop the bomb inside and see it popping up in few seconds. Stir and enjoy.


  • Meatballs 5-6pcs
  • Mozzarella cheese 10 slices
  • Cream cheese spread as required
  • Mixed herbs as required
  • Frozen parathas 5 pieces
  • Egg 1


Cut frozen paratha into 4 quarters.
Place 1/2 meatball then a spoonful of cream cheese then cheese slice and cover the top. Brush with egg, sprinkle some mixed herbs and bake in over for 15 to 20min on 180°C preheated oven.
