Ingredients:

  • Fish 400 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Red chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Flour 3 tsp
  • Sesame as required
  • Oil as required

 

 

Methods:

1- Cut the fish into pieces.

2- In a pot, add and marinate fish pieces, salt, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, red chili crushed, black pepper crushed, yellow color, corn flour, maida flour.

3- Now keep in the refrigerator for an hour.

4- Now cover the marinated fish with sesame and fry until golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • Tomato 100 gm
  • Cucumber 90 gm
  • Iceberg lettuce 90 gm
  • Lemon juice 10 ml
  • Black pepper 2 gm
  • Salt 4 gm
  • Olive oil 5 ml
  • Chicken Nuggets 5-6
  • Oil for fry

 

 

 

Method:

Tomato and cucumber cut in cubs
Wash lettuce in cold water

Ingredients:

  • Water or milk ¾ cup
  • Oil or butter ¼ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour mix as required
  • Coco mix as required
  • Flour to dust

Method:
Pre heat oven to 180 C. grease baking pan with oil lightly sprinkle pan with flour.
Flour mix In a bowl beat water or milk, butter and egg till foamy. Add in flour mix and beat on low speed for 30 second then on medium speed for 2 minute.
In a separate bowl, mix cocoa mixture with ¼ cup of water. The mixture will be very thick. Pour ¼ part of the flour mix into the pan then drop some cocoa mix on all sides of pan. repeat the exercise until all the flour mix and cocoa mix poured onto the baking pan. now skewer the batter very lightly with the help of fork to give the swirling effect.
Pour ½ cake batter into the pan and then pour ½ of cocoa paste on the middle, the pour the other half of cake batter and similarly pour the remaining cake batter and bake for 30-35 minute. Remove from oven, cool for 10 minute. Remove from the pan.

Put in a bowl and mix with lemon juice and olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garnish with chicken nuggets

Ingredients:

  • Oil 250 ml
  • Onion 150gm
  • Mutton 700 gm
  • Yogurt 50 gm
  • Salt 10gm
  • Coriander powder 30gm
  • Chili powder 15gm
  • Garlic (ground) 15gm
  • Ginger (ground) 15gm
  • Cloves 3
  • Whole green cardamom 4
  • Cinnamon sticks 2
  • Onions fried 35gm

 

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a deep dish, add the finely sliced onions and lightly fry it.
2. Add the mutton, curd, salt, water, coriander powder, red chili powder and stir for a few minutes.
3. Now add the garlic, ginger, cloves, green cardamom and the cinnamon sticks and mix well.
4. Cover it and cook on a slow fire for about 30 mins, then add the fried onions and stir again.
5. Cover and cook for an hour or till done.
6. Garnish with thin deep fried onion rings and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Basmati rice (soaked) 1/3 cup
  • Milk 1-1/2 liter
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Saffron (soaked in milk) 6-7 strands
  • Almonds sliced 2 tbsp
  • Finely chopped pistachios ¼ cup

Method:

Soak rice in water for 30 mins.Keep it aside.
Add milk to a pan.
Add soaked rice to milk and let it boil on medium flame.
Keep stirring in between.
Add saffron and sugar to it. Cook on a low flame, stirring in between.
Add almonds and pistachios. Keep stirring in between.
Switch off the flame once Kheer is reduced to 1/3rd.
Garnish with Pistachios.
Serve hot or cold.
