Ingredients:

  • Fish ½ kg
  • Crushed black pepper 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Boiled onion 2
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Al spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green chili 10
  • Coriander as needed
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Oil as needed

Method:
On the fish add black pepper, salt, garlic paste, lemon juice and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Fry in hot oil. Take the boiled onion, yogurt, green chili, salt, garlic paste and grind, then cook it in thew remaining oil. Add 1 glass of water. Once it comes to a boil add the fish after cutting it up. Once it boils once or twice, then add cream, all spice powder, coriander and then switch stove off.

Ingredients:

  • Green chili 250 grams
  • Yellow lentil ½ kg
  • Tomato 2
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Whole red chili 6
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coal 1 piece
  • Green chili 4
  • Coriander as needed
  • Red chili ½ tsp

Method:
Boil the lentil. In hot oil add green chili and fry. In the remaining oil add tomato, cumin, salt, ginger, turmeric, al spice powder, red chili and cook. Add the lentil and cook. Temper with green chili, coriander, and coal. Dish out and add a tarka of whole red chili and curry leaves.

Ingredients:

  • Bottle gourd 2 kg
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Curd 375 grams
  • Green food coloring 1 drop
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Mixed dried fruits 100 grams
  • Silver work as needed
  • Cardamom powder as needed
  • Clarified butter 1-1/2 cup

Method:
Boil the gourd in milk. Once dissolved, cook it with clarified butter. Add Green food coloring, sugar, clarified butter and cardamom (elaichi powder) and cook it on high flame. Wait for the sugar water to dry down then add khoya and mixed dried fruits. Now pour it in a dish, decorate it with a silver work and serve it.
