  • Milk 1 kg
  • Boiled, grinded rice 1 cup
  • Curd 250 grams
  • Readymade porridge 1 cup
  • Condensed milk as needed
  • Almonds 1 cup
  • Pistachio 1 cup
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp
  • Kevra water 1 tbsp
  • Silver work for garnishing

In a pan add milk, cardamom powder, and boiled rice. Now add curd, condensed milk, almonds, pistachio, and keep cooking until thick. Take it out and add the readymade porridge in. now add the remaining curd, almonds, kevra water, pistachios, and silver work for garnishing and serve.


  • Boiled shanks 1 kg
  • Boiled cow brain 1
  • Ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg ½ tsp
  • Mace ½ tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Star anise 6
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Green chili as needed
  • Lemon as needed
  • Onion 1

In a pan add all spice, cook and then grind. Now add all the grinded spices. Heat oil and add ginger garlic. Now add shanks meat and then add half the spice mix powders. Now add the stock and let cook for 30 minutes. Dissolve the flour in water and let cook for 10 minutes. In hot oil, brown the onions and add the remaining spices and then our the tarka on the meat. Lastly, add the boiled brain and mix. Add green chili and lemon and serve.


  • Flour ½ kg
  • Dried milk 1 cup
  • Butter 50 grams
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Lukewarm water for kneading

Take the flour, dried milk, butter, sugar, yeast, and lukewarm water as needed and make a dough. Let it rise for 20 minutes. Roll out, stretch out from the corner and give it a kandaari shape. Now bake in the oven at 200C for 20 minutes.
