Ingredients:

  • Lemon Juice 4tbsp
  • Icing Sugar 2tbsp
  • Mint Leaves 2-3
  • Salt to taste
  • Ice Cubes as required

Mix well, Add ice cubes And soda Fresh lemon drink is ready!

Ingredients:

  • Gosht 1 kg
  • Oil as required
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Nutmeg, Mace ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala 1tsp
  • Paprika 1-1/2tsp
  • Cumin Seeds Powder 1tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1tsp
  • Coriander (chopped) 1tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
  • Red Chilli (crushed) 1tsp
  • Black Pepper 1tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2tbsp
  • Yogurt 200gms

Fry beef in oil at medium flame,
Add garlic and ginger paste
Fry the beef and add all spices
Mix it well
When the water of beef will get dried,
Add 1-1.5 glass of water
Leave it for cooking,
Mix it well,
Add lemon juice,
Ginger
Corriander
Green chilli and
Garam masala
And close the lid at very low flame
While serving. Again add corriander, lemon juice and ginger.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Mince 500 gms
  • Red Chilli Powder 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander Powder 1tsp
  • Red Chilli (crushed) 1tsp
  • Garam Masala ½ tsp
  • Coriander Leaves as required
  • Green Chillies 3-4
  • Cumin Seeds 1tsp
  • Cumin Seeds Powder 1tsp
  • Flour 2tbsp
  • Coriander (chopped) 1tbsp
  • Onion as required
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • Egg 1

To make kacha keema kabab
we need 500 grams minced chicken we will add 1medium onion ,3,4 green chillies,coriander in it. Then we will chop it in food processor. After chopping it we will add 1 egg,ginger garlic paste,salt,cumin powder,red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, corriander and 2 Tbsp flour.
Mix it well, and leave marination for hour
Make kebab and fry later.
