  • Rice 500 gm
  • Beef mince 500 gm
  • Boiled eggs 4 to 5
  • Potato cubes boiled 1
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato slices 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp ¼ cup
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Whole spice powder 1 tsp
  • Red orange color few drops
  • Mint leaf ½ bunch
  • Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
  • Green chili 4 to 5
  • Screw pine essence few drops
  • Fried onion ¼ cup



Heat oil adds ginger garlic paste and chili paste cook well. Add beef minced cook well. Add all spices, yogurt, tamarind water and half tomatoes cook well. When meat is done add potato and eggs. Add green coriander, mint, green chilies and tomatoes then add boiled rice. Add screw essence, red orange color and oil leave for simmer. Add fried onion, serve.


  • Vanilla sponge 1 pound
  • Mint leaf 1/2bunch
  • Black salt ½ tsp
  • Condensed milk ¼ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Mint syrup 20 gm
  • Black salt ½ cup
  • Condensed milk 3- 4 tbsp
  • Lemon 2tbsp


Mix vanilla sponge, condensed milk, milk, mint leaves and black salt. In separate bowl add whipped cream, condensed milk, mint syrup and salt mix well. in serving cup add sponge mixture and cream mixture. Keep in fridge let it cool. Garnish with mint leave & serve,


  • Mutton with bone 500 gm
  • Bitter gourd sliced 2 medium
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaf 8 to 10
  • Onion slices 1 large
  • Tomato chopped 1` cup
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Ginger julienned for garnish


Cut bitter gourds apply salt leave for 30 minute. Heat oil add onion fry till golden color comes. Add ginger garlic paste, fenugreek and curry leaves fry well. Add mutton cook well. add all spices, tomatoes and yogurt cook well. Add water leave for simmer cook till mutton is done. Wash bitter gourd fry in hot oil. Add in gravy cook for 5 minute. Garnish with green coriander and ginger, serve.
