Ingredients Quantities
- Boiled Beef Mix Boti and Broth 500 g
- Boiled Rice 750 g
- Onions 4 chopped
- Tomatoes 5 chopped
- Yogurt 200 ml
- Ghee 6 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
- Green & Black Cardamom 2/3 pcs
- Star anise 2-3 pcs
- Cinnamon Stick 2-3 pcs
- Black Pepper Corns 10-12 pcs
- GG Paste 1 tbsp
- Crushed Chillis 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
- Chili Flakes 1 tsp
- Ground Coriander 1/2 tsp
- Ground Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Method
1. Add all the seasonings, khara garam masala, yogurt, tomatoes and onions to prepare base masala
2. Then add boiled meat with broth and bring it to a boil
3. Add boiled rice on top garnish with brown onions
3. Mix and serve warm with raita
Ingredients Quantities
- Milk 1 ltr
- Rabri 200 g
- Boiled Rice 100 g
- Pistachio 18-20
- Green Food Color as needed
- Condensed Milk 200 ml
Method
1. Reduce milk to half by boiling then add condensed milk, rabri and boiled rice. Cook for some time
2. Add food color and pistachios, dish it out
3. Chill before serving
