Ingredients
- Whipped cream
- Custard 1 cup
- Bananas 12
- Biscuits 3 roll
- Mint leave or cherry to decorate
Method
Whip cream and set aside. Then make custard add mashed bananas. Now assemble firt biscuits in base then add custard, cream then again biscuits, custard then again cream. Top it off with bananas and cherry with mint.
Ingredients DOUGH
- All-purpose flour (Maida) 2 Cups
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- sugar 1 tsp
- Instant yeast 1/2 tbsp
- beaten egg 1
- olive oil 1-2 tbsp
- Milk 100ml
- Olive oil 1-2 tbsp
Filling
- onion Chopped 1
- garlic and ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Chicken Mince 100g
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- cumin powder 1 tsp
- red Chilli powder 1 tsp
- paprika powder 1 tsp
- oregano 1/2 tsp
- Tomato Puree 1/3 Cup
- mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese grated
- beaten egg
Method
Knead dough using flour, salt, sugar, yeast, egg, milk and
oil and proof till 2 hours. Then roll out and spread like a
sheet and cut into pizza diagonally with a pizza cutter.
Now line backwards and fill the filling and close the tips
inwards to make a cresent shape. Bake for 10mins. And serve HOT
