Ingredients:

  • Flour 250 gm
  • Clarified butter 75 gm
  • Water 50 gm
  • Soda 3 gm
  • Baking powder 3 gm
  • Yogurt 20 gm
  • Food color few drops

METHOD:
Ek mixing bowl men tamam ajza dal ker aata goondh len. Or phir 15 minutes kay liye dough ko rest de len. Phir balu shahi ki shape de ker low flame per 12 se 15 minutes tak fry ker len phir sheeray men 2 se 3 minutes tak dip ker key nikal len or phir serve Karen.
Ingredients for syrup:
Sugar 500 gm
Water 150 gm

METHOD:
Sauce pan men sugar or water dal ker itna pakaen kay sugar melt hojae or sheera garha hojae.

Ingredients:

  • Water 200 gm
  • Baking powder 5 gm
  • Oil 25 gm
  • Clarified butter 100 gm
  • Corn flour 15 gm
  • Baking powder 1 pinch
  • Green color few drops
  • Red color few drops
  • Whole dried milk as required

Ingredients for syrup:

  • Sugar 500 gm
  • Water 150 gm

METHOD:
Mixing bowl men flour, water, baking powder or oil dal ker atta goondh len. Phir us men se do jaga thora thora dough leker red or green color mila len. Phir dough ko 15 minutes tak kay liye chor den.
Phir white color ka dough bail ker us men green or red dough bhi bail ker laga den or phir dough ka roll bana ker kat len. Phir hath ki madad se dough ko phela ker darmiyan men khoya rakh ker opper dosra dough laga ker khaja ki shape de ker low flame per 12 se 15 minutes tak fry ker len phir sheeray men 2 se 3 minutes tak dip ker key nikal len or phir serve Karen.
