  • Chicken 500 gram
  • Cooked rice 3 cups
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Butter ¼ cup
  • Green chilies slit 2-3
  • Ginger garlic 1tbsp
  • All spice powder 1tbsp
  • Onions golden 1/2 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato chopped 3 cups
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  • Fresh mint leaves 8-9
  • Browned Onions 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 3-4 tbsp
  • Screwpine water 2 tsp


Heat oil and butter in a non-stick pan. Add green chilies, Garam masala and sauté for a minute. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for a minute. Add tomato and mix well. Add chili powder, mix, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon garam masala powder, dried fenugreek leaves and salt, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken pieces and mix well. Add cream and mix well.
Spread rice over the chicken, top with some coriander leaves, mint leaves, remaining garam masala powder and half the browned onions. Spread the remaining rice, add remaining browned onions. Drizzle ghee and screw pine water, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.


  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Strawberries 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Milk 30 ml
  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Whipped cream for garnish


Add gelatin and water in a small container. Set aside. After 5 minutes of rest, microwave it for 1 minute. Whisk the yoghurt and strawberry puree together and mix in dissolved Gelatin. Whipped the cream until soft peaks form. Fold in the yogurt mix. Stir until fully combined, and ladle into individual containers. Cool in the fridge for at least a couple of hours. Before serving pipe some whipped cream


  • Green chutney as required
  • Gram flour 3/4 cup
  • Chili crushed 1 tsp
  • Garam masala ½ tsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soda 1 pinch
  • Medium potatoes, peeled halved sliced 2
  • Oil for frying



Mix the gram flour with the spices. Slowly add water until batter gets smooth.
Sandwiched the chutney between two slices of potato then coat these potato sandwiches into gram flour mixture and deep fry them all & serve hot.
